Operation Protocol

We closely monitor the updates for COVID-19 and follow all the hygiene and safety protocols as defined by both the National and the World Health Organization.

The hygiene and cleanliness protocols in our hotel are very important and we have implemented all the measures that meet the latest hygiene and cleaning instructions, to ensure the safety of our guests and staff on a daily basis. We use cleaning products and protocols that are environmentally friendly and effective against viruses. With continuous training of our staff we meet the new standards set by COVID -19 for our well-being from now on!

Public areas

People with fever or COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to enter.

Every day, cleaning and disinfection is carried out in all common areas with increased frequency.

Antiseptics are available in all public areas and in the facilities used by the hotel staff.

Staff temperature is measured daily.

Our hotel provides all the required medical supplies (masks, gloves, etc.) to the staff according to the instructions of the National Health Organization.

All our staff are trained, as well as continuously informed on the new developments regarding COVID-19 and corresponding actions.

There are special signs in public areas, warning visitors to keep their distance.

The games room will remain closed.

The pool area is for the exclusive use of the residents of the complex.

The sunbeds and seats are placed at specific distances that must be kept and are cleaned/ disinfected after each use.


Reception services are also provided outdoors.

To reduce the waiting time on arrival, the online check in option is given by filling in an electronic data form before the guest arrives.

There is an extension of check-out and check-in times (check out until 11.00 am and check in from 3.00 pm). This change in the time interval between each check in and check out is mandatory to ensure that between different guests the residence is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, as well as that adequate natural ventilation of the space is possible.

Transportation service

Only luggage transport from / to the port will be offered if required.


Prevention, hygiene and cleanliness protocols are applied to clean residences with special attention to surfaces and high-risk objects when touched.

Hand sanitizers are available in all residences.

Most of the decorative objects have been removed from the rooms.

Also, all kitchen utensils have been removed but can be re-installed at the guest’s request.

Thorough cleaning is performed after the guest leaves and before the next arrival. For this reason, according to the government directive, the latest check out is at 11:00 and the earliest check in at 15:00.

It is explicitly forbidden for visitors not staying in the complex to enter the residences.

Breakfast / Café Nissia

Buffet breakfast is served at the Café Nissia in conformity with Covid-19 precautionary measures.

Alternatively, continental breakfast can be served at the guest’s residence by order from the previous day.  The order can also be placed electronically via mobile phone by filling out an online form.

The Café Nissia catalog will also be available online.

The global travel community is trying, like everyone, to navigate this extraordinary situation. Our priority is to treat all our valued guests with the respect you deserve and offer the same or even higher level of service when regular travel flows resume. At the same time, it is our duty to protect – both in health and financially – everyone employed in or dependent on tourism.

We are constantly updating our cancellation policy to reflect the most recent developments related to the COVID-19 and to offer our guests as much flexibility and planning comfort as possible.
